Captain Dream Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Captain Dream, an Instagram professional-account management application.

Authorized use

You may connect and manage only accounts and content that you own or are authorized to administer. You must comply with applicable law and the Meta and Instagram terms, policies, rate limits, and permission requirements.

Service features

The service may help prepare and publish content, read permitted metrics, manage comments, and receive or respond to user-initiated messages. Features remain subject to account type, granted permissions, platform review, availability, and technical limits.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, rights, and claims in content you approve; for protecting your account; and for reviewing actions before they are submitted. You must not use the service for spam, deception, unauthorized surveillance, credential theft, platform-rule evasion, or unlawful activity.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Platform APIs may change, delay, reject, or limit an action. We may change or suspend features to protect accounts, comply with policy, or prevent unsafe operations.

Disconnecting and deletion

You may stop using the service and revoke access at any time. See the data-deletion instructions for account-data requests.
