Captain Dream Data Deletion Instructions

An Instagram account owner can request deletion of data associated with an account connected to Captain Dream.

1. Revoke application access

In Instagram, open Settings and activity, then Website permissions, then Apps and Websites. Remove Captain Dream if it is listed. You may also disconnect the account from the Captain Dream account center.

2. Request deletion

Email k392005@126.com with the subject “Captain Dream data deletion request” and the Instagram username or account ID to identify the connection. Do not include a password, one-time code, cookie, access token, or unrelated private information.

3. What we delete

After verifying that the requester controls the account, we will remove the stored account connection, credentials, imported profile and media metadata, comments, messages, insights, drafts, and related operational records unless limited records must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

4. Completion

We will acknowledge the request and provide confirmation when deletion is complete. Data already held by Meta or Instagram must be managed through those services directly.
